The studio
Our studio in Klungkung
Klungkung has long been home to Bali's metalsmiths. Our studio carries that tradition into the present: a working bench where pieces are sketched, shaped and finished by hand, and where we teach others to do the same.
It is also home to our two jewelry lines. In the film, Putri introduces MEDINI, the quieter line of fine petals and soft pearls.
The silver class
From sketch to silver, in one sitting
Beginner-friendly sessions of a couple of hours, with the instructor at your bench from first line to final polish.
Sketch your design
Start on paper. Draw the ring or pendant you want to make, and talk it through with your instructor.
Shape the silver
Work your 1–6 grams of pure silver at the bench with pliers and hand tools, step by guided step.
Finish & polish
Refine the surface and polish your piece until it shines. Add a hand-set gemstone if you chose the add-on.

Two gold-plated lines from the studio
Alongside the classes, the studio has two lines of jewelry. KILAU is bold and sculptural; MEDINI is delicate, floral and pearl. Both are gold-plated.
